Hotel service, Camping, Bed and Breakfast, Half-board
<\/strong>The Azienda Agricola Corte Merina provides hotel services with the provision of only accommodation, or only the camping pitch that includes toilets, and services of pension in farmhouse and camping with the supply of meals (breakfast and dinner).

Beds equipped with sheets and blankets, towels. Bio soap. Warm water in the shower.
Daily cleaning and final cleaning included.
The farmhouse can only be reached on foot, 5 minutes from the road. There is no private parking.
Extra people or guests: it is not allowed to stay other people in the house\/room
Is only allowed in agreement with the structure and upon payment of a surcharge.
Excluded in the price:<\/strong>
Change of blankets and sheets – on request with surcharge.

FOR HOUSE:
Included in the price:<\/strong>
Use of the equipped kitchen (pots and pans, microwave oven, refrigerator), gas for cooking,
electricity, hot water for bathroom and kitchen, beds equipped with sheets and blankets, towels. Bio soap.
Final cleaning included.
Heating with wood stove. Wood supplied in the winter months. the water in the house is drinkable.
The house can only be reached on foot, 10 minutes from the road. There is no secure private parking.
Extra people or guests: it is not allowed to stay other people in the house\/room
Is only allowed in agreement with the structure and upon payment of a surcharge.
Excluded in the price:<\/strong>
Change of blankets and sheets, daily cleaning – on request with surcharge.

For guests with B&B or Half Board formula<\/strong>
Breakfast and dinner are served at the farmhouse which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The price of the B&B or Half Board include:
Italian breakfast with coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam, fruit, plate with cheeses and salami of our production.
Fixed menu dinner with first, and second dish, dessert, water and coffee (excluding bottled drinks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n



PETS ALLOWED
<\/strong>dogs or cats are allowed, with a surcharge, we ask, however, to keep them on a leash ours is a farm with animals and other dogs, and there are no fences around the house<\/p>\n\n\n\n



BOOKING CONFIRMATION FOR THE HOUSE \/ ROOM
<\/strong>To confirm the reservation is required the payment of a deposit, the amount of deposit is a percentage of the total to be paid,
defined at our discretion based on the requested period and the days booked, that can vary from 30% to 50% of the entire stay.

the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to our bank account, or with payment by link for credit card.
For the bank account will be indicated to you upon confirmation mail of interest
– indicating in the reason: booking for – \/ – \/ 20\u2014 and your name and surname
– the transfer must be made within 5 days from the request communication by email
– please send the details of the bank transfer by e-mail
– the balance will be paid on arrival by the guest, preferably in cash or by debit \/ credit card

BOOKING CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/strong> FOR THE HOUSE \/ ROOM<\/strong><\/strong> <\/strong>
– If the guest communicates the cancellation within 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
– In case of no communication within this date the deposit will be retained
– the reservation will be kept, for the accommodation requested and for the number of nights paid.
– In case of early departure, the entire booked stay must be paid for any reason.

<\/span><\/mark>At our discretion and to meet any guest difficulties, in case that the guest cannot use their booked period and always if the cancellation is communicated with due advance, the amount will remain available to take advantage of another period of stay at the facility, subject to verification of availability.

Cicogna is a small mountain village 15 km away from Verbania, we advise you to buy everything you need for your holiday before going up. There are no food stores, In our company shop you will find goat cheeses and (based on seasonal availability) cured meats and vegetables.
Attention<\/strong>: In the whole val grande there is not a complete coverage for calls by mobile phone

CAMPING<\/strong><\/span>

Check-in from 13.00 am on the day of arrival – Check out until 11.00 am on the day of departure<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n


<\/em>Our structure has a fenced area for tents with lawn and beaten ground.
Toilettes separated for men and women with warm shower.
Included in the price:
<\/strong>Use of the camping area, barbecue area, toilets, shower, and dishwasher common area with hot water. Electricity in the common area.
The campsite can only be reached on foot, 5 minutes from the road. There is no private parking.
It is not possible to park cars or campers in the camping area. If you have heavy bags we will help you!

Electricity near the tents on demand

For guests with B&B formula or half board at the campsite:
<\/strong>breakfast and dinner are served at the farmhouse house where the camping area is also located.
The price of the B&B or half board is understood to include:
Italian breakfast with coffee, milk or tea, bread, butter and jam, fruit. dish with cheeses and cold cuts of our production.
Set menu dinner with first, second and side dish, dessert, water and coffee (excluding drinks and bottled drinks)
